The African Development Imperative (TADI) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization which interrogates and tackles the economic, political and social effects of inequalities to which young people of African descent are exposed in an intentional manner. In so doing, TADI dissects the issues, policies and systems that affect youth either positively or deleteriously, and proposes nuanced, discrete and mutually-reinforcing solutions.
Identified challenges and opportunities, and attendant interventions in the foregoing vein, are grouped into three clusters, namely activism and governance, entrepreneurship and innovation, and violent radicalization and extremism mitigation.
